Having stayed at the hotel during the coronavirus pandemic, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful of friendly. They informed us on day 2 that they had to close the wing we were staying in and had to move us to another room but in the process, upgraded us to a suite. This helped greatly with the travel cot they provided with more space. They then had to stop the buffet breakfast due to the lack of residents but instead offered a breakfast to order with whatever you wanted. On the last morning after checking out, they provided a carry out breakfast to take with us. Given the situation and the fact they were having to shut the hotel a day later, they were simply amazing. I would highly recommend their professional approach and customer service.
